Return Policy

Long story short, we do not accept returns unless the wrong product was shipped or the product you receive is damaged/broken. As products are made to order, we cannot accept any returns, except for the above circumstances. Cancellations 

All sales are final. However, if the wrong item was ordered, or the information entered is incorrect, we can edit your order if it has not been shipped yet. Once the order has been processed and shipped, the customer is then responsible for any errors made while purchasing. If you notice that the wrong address, name, etc. was inputted when ordering, please contact us as soon as possible to fix these errors.  

1. How can I get a different size bracelet or necklace?  

Currently, we only offer one size for all our bracelet and necklace designs. The length of each item is listed in its description, and all jewelry pieces include an extender chain. However, we are happy to make any custom sizes. Please reach out to us through our contact page, or at daisymayjewels13@gmail.com, to order a custom size.  

2. How long does your jewelry last?  

We make our jewelry with high quality materials, including anti-tarnishing metals. This ensures that our products last as long as possible. Please view the care guide to best extend the life of your jewelry.  

3. How should I care for my jewelry?  

Please view our care guide to see guidelines for extending the wear of your jewelry.  

4. Who makes your jewelry?  

All our jewelry is handmade by Anna in Colorado.  

5. How long will my order take to arrive once shipped? 

Domestically (within the US), orders typically take 3-6 business days to be delivered once shipped, assuming standard shipping was selected during checkout. If you are looking to track your package, a tracking number is provided in the email you received stating your order has shipped, and you can track your order status in your order confirmation.  

Internationally, orders may take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive once shipped.  

6. What does “made-to-order" mean?  

Made-to-order means that our products are created after they have been ordered. As orders are placed, we then handmake the jewelry piece(s) ordered by each customer. As this is the process we find best suits our business, we appreciate your patience while waiting for your order to be created.  

7. How long will my order take to create/process BEFORE it ships?  

Our current processing time for all orders is 5 business days. Orders are created in chronological order from purchase, unless an expedited shipping option was selected at checkout.  

8. What if I need my order sooner than its expected?  

If you need to receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend first selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout. Next, to ensure that we are aware of your circumstances, please reach out to us through our contact page, or at daisymayjewels13@gmail.com so that we can make sure you get your order before you need it.
